Michael works across the organisation in policy, corporate planning and communication, reporting, business planning and new business assessment.
Michael has a degree in Town Planning and has worked as a planner in local and state government and in private practice. He has an excellent working knowledge of the development industry but his main focus is on strategic thinking and high level planning.

“A few years ago I was involved in a formal government review of Landcom’s operations. One of the outcomes of this review was that it encouraged us to clearly and comprehensively set down exactly what we do, along with how and why in a business sense. This has had a flow on effect into corporate and business planning and individual performance assessment that continues and evolves to this day.”
