Construction work to start January 2012
Construction is currently underway onsite and is scheduled for completion towards the end of this year.
The first land release is expected in early 2013 and will offer a range of housing lots most typically sized at 350m2 (11m frontage) and 450m2 (14.5m frontage).
The Potts Hill land release area is a 25 hectare site that forms part of the wider 116 hectare Potts Hill Reservoirs area. This new community will include between 430 and 450 new homes and cater for a diverse range of housing options such as apartments, detached housing, terrace homes, duplexes and manor homes, all centered around a number of neighbourhood parks and community open spaces.
Situated off Brunker Road, the Potts Hill community is conveniently located close to schools, shops, rail and bus transportation.
