Landcom Charter

There are three dimensions to Landcom's involvement in land and property development:

The Challenge
As a Government agency, we are responsible to the community. As a commercial enterprise, we operate like any other business.

Our challenge is to balance community good with commercial gain.

We make sure that the Government's urban design and environment policy is delivered.

We also partner with the private sector to create new communities.

The Landcom Corporation Act - 2001
