22 NEW LOTS RELEASED FOR ONE MINTO GRAND OPENING

Landcom is hosting a street party with refreshments and kids entertainment at the One Minto Display Village to celebrate the grand opening of One Minto – come along and view the nine display homes and state of the art Marketing Suite on show.

Sydney, 16 September 2008 – One Minto will celebrate a significant milestone on 4 October 2008 when its first new neighbourhood is officially revealed, along with nine display homes and a state of the art Marketing Suite for Landcom.

To mark this exciting occasion, One Minto is releasing 22 lots for sale and hosting a street party with refreshments and kids entertainment. While parents can tour through a diverse range of quality display homes at affordable prices, children can enjoy free entertainment including magic tricks, bubble and balloon art and a jumping castle.

Michael Burt, General Manager Development, Landcom said the grand opening would be the first of many neighbourhood events and initiatives to take place in the new community.
