Q.  So, if Homeworld does come online during the life of the Landcom display village at Second Ponds Creek, what will happen to this village?

A.  Subject to Board approval and as part of the tender process for entry to the Village, Landcom will ensure that the builder's investment in the display village is underwrittwen, from the date of opening of Homeworld until a predetermined display village closure date.
